Quality control

The quality of our production depends on all the components and therefore when selecting our suppliers we have to pay more attention to the quality of the material supplied. To prevent possible errors we perform testing at different levels and intermediate stages of the product production phases.

Development tests - tests of pilot components and prototypes

Tests performed on the newly developed products are tested for every possibility of normal use. We make sure that all tests meet stricter parameters than the specify conditions for certification

Manufacturing process control

• Product audit - randomly selected products are subjected to full, well-defined tests
• Production documentation in electronic form only
• Management of documentation with IS ABRA - minimizing "human" errors
• Increased control of "zero" series 

Long-term stress tests

• Tests, which measure product performance at higher loads than the stated standards
• Burst / Surge - EMC - electromagnetic compatibility
• Long-term tests for measuring product performance after warranty expiration
• All tests are evaluated and stored in electronic form
